Shipping policy
We currently offer free shipping within Singapore only. For orders to be shipped outside of Singapore, please proceed to checkout as the rates vary from location to location.
For orders within Singapore :
We usually ship via Singapore Post (Singpost). Occasionally, we may use other couriers depending on the volume to be shipped that day, or if there are operational challenges with our couriers.
While we are able to deliver to most residential and commercial areas in Singapore, we may not be able to deliver to restricted areas like Army Camps, PSA terminals, Jurong Island and certain areas within the airport.

Shipping Info
Orders are processed daily from Monday to Friday, and on Saturday till 12pm and are shipped out the next day for orders received before 3pm (GMT +8).
Orders are not processed or shipped out on Saturdays after 12pm, Sundays, and Singapore Public Holidays. If you require your bag urgently, we do offer a 1 day shipping option (subject to availability).
For orders received after 3pm, they are processed the next day and sent out the following working day.
E.g 1 - if you placed your order on Monday at 10am, it will be processed on the same day, and shipped out on Tuesday. You can expect to receive your order by Wednesday.
E.g 2 - if you placed an order on Monday at 8pm, it will be processed on Tuesday and shipped out on Wednesday. You can expect to receive your order on Thursday.
